As an IT Project Manager for Darden Restaurants, I maintained and supported all applications and websites across their brands. I collaborated closely with the CEO, Vice President, director, research team, and development department to identify the most pressing technological needs.
Furthermore, I was responsible for overseeing project budgets and roadmaps. I acted as Scrum master, performing with the development team and QA team activities like Spring Planning, Daily Scrum sprint review, sprint retrospective, and product backlog refinement.
